Is there a fee to use SomaShare?
The app is free to use, but there is an option to upgrade to an annual subscription of SomaShare Premium which allows access to even more advanced somatic practices and mini courses.
Why should I create an account?
You don’t need to create an account to use the app, but it unlocks features such as the community tab, history, favorites and more!
Do you offer a free trial for SomaShare Premium?
We do offer a free trial! The first week is on us, then you’ll be charged $59.99/year.
How can I tell if I have SomaShare Premium?
You can tell if you’ve successfully upgraded to Premium if you are able to access the practices and mini courses with a gold star.
How do I cancel my subscription to Premium?
In the SomaShare mobile app, open the menu from the top header, scroll down to Account and click on Manage Premium Subscription. This will open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and you can easily cancel your subscription from there.
How can I delete my account?
In the SomaShare mobile app, open the menu from the top header, scroll down to Account, click on Permanently Delete My Account, and confirm. This action will delete your account and all of the data associated with it, such as your community updates and practice status tracking.

What types of somatic practices do you feature on SomaShare?
We feature of a variety of somatic practices from breathwork exercises to yoga nidra, grounding practices, body scans, rage rituals, song and dance therapy, inner-child work, and even partner meditations. There are many options to explore and discover what works best for you.
